About us
This website is run by Your legal name, trading as NexusAutomations. NexusAutomations is a trading name, not a registered company.
- Business type: sole trader, or partnership if more than one of you
- Address: your full postal address
- Email: your email address
These terms
These terms apply when you use this site or buy from us. Please read them before you order, and keep a copy. By placing an order you agree to them.
In these terms, a consumer is someone buying mainly for personal use. A business customer is anyone buying for their trade, business or profession. Some sections apply differently to each, and we say where they do. You must be 18 or over to buy from us.
Our products
We sell AI agents, bots, workflows, scripts and templates. Each product page shows which of these two types it is, what it does and what you need to run it:
- One-off products are files you download after a single payment.
- Monthly products are services you pay for every month until the subscription ends. We may host them for you, and they may come with files.
Many products connect to services run by other companies, such as Discord, Google or an AI provider. You will need your own accounts with those services and you pay any charges they make. We don’t control them, and they may change how they work.
AI products can produce wrong or unexpected results. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Ordering
When you place an order, we will email you to confirm we have accepted it. Our contract with you starts at that point. The email will include your order details, a record of what you agreed about cancellation and, for monthly products, the price and renewal details. We may refuse an order, for example if a price is clearly wrong. If we do, we will refund anything you have paid.
Your account
To create an account, enter your email address and then the 6-digit code we send to it. There’s no password, so anyone who can read your emails could sign in. Please keep your email account secure, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
You need an account to buy monthly products. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, but we may need to keep some records by law, as explained in our privacy policy. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription unless you also ask us to cancel it.
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously break these terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Payments are handled by your payment provider.
You pay for one-off products in full when you order. Monthly products are charged when the subscription starts, and then every month on the same date until it ends.
Monthly subscriptions
- Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically every month at the price shown, until you or we end it. We will send you any renewal reminders the law requires.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time by emailing your email address. Your subscription then ends at the end of the month you have paid for and we won’t charge you again. We don’t refund part-used months, unless the law requires it or the problem was our fault.
- Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before a price goes up, and you can cancel before it does.
- Changes to the service. We may update a monthly product. If a change makes it significantly worse for you, you can cancel and we will refund any time you have paid for but not used.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will tell you and try again. If it still hasn’t been paid after 14 days, we may suspend your access until it is.
- Availability. We use reasonable care and skill to keep monthly products running, but they may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We will warn you about planned downtime where we can.
- If we end your subscription. We can end it by giving you 30 days’ notice, and we will refund any time you have paid for but not used. We can end it immediately if you seriously break these terms.
- Your content. Anything you add to a monthly product stays yours. You can ask for a copy for 30 days after your subscription ends. After that we delete it, except for anything the law requires us to keep.
Delivery
One-off products are available to download straight after payment, and we will email you a link. The link stays active for 30 days, so please save your own copy. If you can’t download your files, email us and we will sort it out.
Monthly products are available as soon as your subscription starts, and we will email you how to access them.
Your right to cancel
Consumers normally have 14 days to cancel an online order, starting from the day after the contract is made. How this works depends on the product. Business customers don’t have this right, but can still cancel a subscription as described under “Monthly subscriptions”.
One-off products
Your right to cancel ends once the download starts, if you have agreed to this. At checkout, we ask you to confirm that you want your download to be available straight away and that you understand you will lose your right to cancel once it starts. We can’t supply your files immediately without that confirmation.
If you haven’t started the download and the 14 days haven’t ended, you can cancel and we will refund you.
Monthly products
At checkout, we ask you to confirm that you want your subscription to start straight away. If you cancel within the 14 days, we will refund what you paid, minus a fair amount for the time you used. After the 14 days, you can still cancel at any time, and your subscription ends at the end of the month you have paid for.
How to cancel
Email your email address with your order number and a clear statement that you want to cancel. We will send any refund within 14 days, using the same payment method. Losing the right to cancel doesn’t affect your rights if a product is faulty, as explained below.
If something is wrong with your product
If you are a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you these rights.
Digital content, such as downloaded files
It must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any particular purpose you told us about, and as we described it. If it isn’t, you can ask us to repair or replace it. If that isn’t possible, or we don’t do it within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you can ask for a price reduction, which can be up to the full price.
If faulty digital content we supplied damages your device or other digital content because we didn’t use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or pay you compensation.
Services, such as hosted monthly products
We must provide them with reasonable care and skill, and as we described them. If we don’t, you can ask us to put it right. If we can’t do that within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you can ask for a price reduction, which can be up to the full price.
Nothing in these terms affects these legal rights. For free, independent advice, contact Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133, or Advice Direct Scotland if you live in Scotland.
A problem isn’t a fault in the product if it’s caused by a change you made to the files, or a change made by another company’s service. We will still try to help if we can.
Your licence
We, or the people who license to us, keep the copyright and other intellectual property in our products. When you pay, you receive a non-exclusive licence for the licence type you chose:
- Personal licence. Use the product in your own projects and your own business, and change the files however you like.
- Commercial licence. Everything in Personal, and you can also set the product up for your clients and include it in work you sell.
How long it lasts. For one-off products, your licence lasts indefinitely and you can keep your copy of the files for as long as you like. For monthly products, your licence lasts while your subscription is active. When it ends, you must stop using the product and any files that came with it, unless the product page says otherwise.
Under either licence, you must not resell, share or give away the product or its files as a standalone product, publish them where others can download them, or claim you created the original. Some products include third-party open-source code, which stays under its own licence.
We may end your licence if you seriously break this section and don’t put it right within 14 days of us asking. If that happens, you must stop using the product and delete your copies.
Using products responsibly
You are responsible for how you use our products, your accounts, and your API keys. You must not use them to break the law, send spam, harass people, cause harm, or break the rules of the services they connect to.
If you use a product to handle other people’s personal information, you are responsible for following data protection law when you do. Business customers can ask us for our data processing terms.
Our responsibility to you
Everyone. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Consumers. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable. We supply products for domestic and private use, so we aren’t liable to consumers for loss of profit, business or business opportunity.
Business customers. As far as the law allows, we exclude all terms implied by law. We aren’t liable for loss of profit, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability under a one-off order is limited to the price you paid for that order. For a subscription, it is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Using this website
We try to keep this site available and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be. You must not attack the site, try to get unauthorised access to it, or copy its content without permission. We aren’t responsible for the content of other websites we link to.
We use your personal information as described in our privacy policy.
Complaints
If you have a problem, email your email address and we will try to resolve it. We aim to reply within 5 working days. We don’t currently use an alternative dispute resolution scheme. If we can’t resolve your complaint, we will confirm this in writing.
Other important terms
We may update these terms. The version in place when you ordered applies to that order. We may transfer our rights under these terms to another business, as long as this doesn’t reduce your rights. You can’t transfer your licence without our written permission.
If a court finds part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Nobody except you and us has rights under this contract. If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the English courts. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your home courts, and you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the place you live.
Business customers agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
