Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Under the Equality Act 2010, we will also make reasonable adjustments so that disabled people can use our services.

Using this site

You should be able to:

• use the whole site with a keyboard, and jump past the menu with the “Skip to content” link;
• zoom in up to 400% without text being cut off;
• switch between light and dark themes with the button at the top of each page;
• stop all animation with the “Pause animations” button at the bottom of each page;
• use the site on a phone or tablet, in any orientation.

If your device is set to reduce motion, the site follows that setting and doesn’t animate. The animated artwork is decorative, so screen readers skip it.

How accessible this site is

We believe this site partially meets WCAG 2.2 level AA. We haven’t yet had it independently audited.

Known issues

• We haven’t yet tested the site with disabled people or with screen readers, so there may be problems we haven’t found.
• The product illustration on the home page changes automatically. It is a demonstration and contains no information you need in order to buy.
• This statement covers this website. Monthly products with their own screens may work differently, and we will add details as they launch.
• Products may connect to other companies’ services. We don’t control how accessible those services are.

We are working to fix these issues and will update this page when we do.

How we tested this site

We last reviewed this site on 4 November 2026. We ran automated accessibility tests, checked the pages using only a keyboard, checked text contrast in both themes, and tried the site with reduced motion and at phone width.

We will review this statement at least once a year, and whenever we make a major change to the site.
